Setelah sukses dengan Layers of Fear dan The Blair Witch, Bloober Team kini kerjakan game terbaru yang disebut sebagai proyek terambisius mereka saat ini – The Medium. Mengambil banyak inspirasi dari Silent Hill hingga mengajak sang komposer ikut dalam proyek, game ini akan tawarkan horor psikologis dengan dua dunia yang di-render secara bersamaan sebagai fitur utama game.
Game awalnya diumumkan untuk Xbox One dan Xbox Series X, tetapi PC ternyata juga mendapatkan jatah game ini dan spesifikasi telah diumumkan oleh developer. Game ini bisa dibilang yang “paling berat” yang Bloober Team pernah buat, setidaknya dilihat dari spesifikasi yang diumumkan.
