Pada 21 November 2024, acara penghargaan tahunan Golden Joystick Awards telah selesai diselenggarakan. Sama seperti tahun sebelumnya, Golden Joystick Awards telah mengumumkan para pemenang dari berbagai nominasi yang telah mereka siapkan. Ada sebanyak 24 nominasi pemenang yang telah mereka umumkan.
Golden Joystick Awards mengumumkan bahwa game Honkai Star Rail menang nominasi sebagai Still Playing Award Mobile 2024.
Game buatan developer miHoYo ini berhasil memenangkan nominasi dimana HSR menghadapi banyak game mobile populer lainnya yang masih aktif hingga sekarang, mulai dari Marvel Snap, Monopoly Go, Squad Busters, Roblox, The Sims Mobile, Star Wars: Hunters, PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty Warzone Mobile, Free Fire, dan lainnya.
