Happy Monday! ? I’ve been watching all of the incredible athletes competing in the Winter Olympics and I’m feeling extra inspired this week! I think about how hard they’ve worked and trained to get to where they are and how they dedicate their whole lives to becoming the best in the world. One of the things I admire most about Olympians is their level of confidence. They believe that they can and so they DO. ?One big thing we can take away from our Olympic heroes is to “believe that you can, and you will.” You may not be where you want to be now, but believing that you will get there someday, no matter how long it takes, will go a long way. So on those hard days when you’re doubting yourself or your ability to live your best life, remember that person staring back in the mirror who once told you that you could. Because you can. Believe in yourself and your capabilities, and the rest will follow!
